Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement

The Pacific Northwest DeLorean Club Inc. is a nonprofit association of DeLorean owners who meet together for social activities and to exchange technical information regarding the maintenance of DeLorean automobiles.

The undersigned members and/or guests release the Pacific Northwest DeLorean Club Inc. and it’s officers and directors from any and all liability for loss or injury relating to club sponsored events.

The undersigned members and/or guests release the sponsoring member of any Pacific Northwest DeLorean Club Inc. event/activity from any and all liability for loss or injury.

The undersigned members and/or guests release the Pacific Northwest DeLorean Club Inc., it’s officers and directors and all other members from any and all liability for technical advice and assistance in maintaining the member’s DeLorean.  All technical advice and assistance is used by the undersigned members at their own risk.

If the undersigned is a member, and invites/brings non-member guests to any Pacific Northwest DeLorean Club Inc. event/activity they agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific Northwest DeLorean Club Inc., it’s officers and directors and all other members from any liability related to the event/activity, unless the guests have signed a copy of this agreement and provided it to an officer of the Pacific Northwest DeLorean Club Inc.

Participation in all Club related activities is at the undersigned member's, co-member's, and/or guest’s own risk.
