To apply for membership in PNDC, please follow these steps.

1. Fill out the Membership Application and print it.
2.  Print out the Liability Release form and sign it,
3.  Make out a check for dues, Payable to "PNDC".
        USA Membership is $20.00 per calendar year.
        Outside USA is $25.00 US per calendar year.
4.  Mail the Application, Release, and Check to:
