HISTORY... November 1982: Arnie Brandon purchased a new DeLorean automobile. Feeling very alone in that the producing factory in Ireland had shut down and US dealers were also disbanding, Arnie felt a need for companionship. So he put together a list of other DeLorean owners by talking to all the dealers in the Seattle area, stopping DeLoreans seen driving down the road and any other hearsay contacts.

February 26, 1983: After sending out 60 notices or invitations to form and/or join a DeLorean club, a meeting was held at the Issaquah Holiday Inn. Twelve DeLoreans showed up that day and the Pacific Northwest DeLorean Club was formed. Mr. Greg McDonald was our first president. A yearly membership dues of $15.00 was voted upon by the newly formed Club. These dues were collected to pay for mailing costs, printing costs (newsletters, club rosters and after market parts lists). The remaining moneys were used by the club to at least partly supply Club gatherings and celebrations. On December 8, 1992, PNDC was established as a non-profit corporation in the state of Washington.
